HERB - ADHD

I know that the standard treatment for ADD is stimulants. Counter-intuitive, but it seems to work. My fiancé has ADD (no H), and I
know that a cup of coffee enables him to sit still & pay attention longer.

I've also known of several mothers who've taken their kids off Ridilin & put them on Mountain Dew -- they claimed it was easier to get
into them & had fewer adverse side effects. So in keeping with the spirit of the list...black tea? (Taking into account, of course,
any meds they may be on. Don't want to mess up dosages.)
