As we both work out, Simon does four times a week, fasting isn't really
going to be an option otherwise he would run the risk of damaging his
muscles. I'm studying for my degree and finals are looming so I don't
really want to start cutting food intake. Are there any other methods that
I can use?
Thanks
Rachel
