HERB - witch hazel

Citric Acid maybe, but oil from the rind of the fruit would not be so bad 
and I'm not sure the rind has much acid ( does it?). I do know that one must 
be careful when using citrus oils in quanity on the skin when in the sun, as 
they do encourage sunburn.
