HERB - I misplaced the recipe -- DUH!

Greetings, All!
    Must've taken my dumb pills today.  Yesterday I had the recipe for the 
lavender & sage aftershave.  Today I have all the ingredients, but can't find 
the recipe, and having the proportions would be REALLY helpful!  
    Would one of you kind gentles please send me the recipe again (privately, 
so we don't jam the host with aftershave!)
