Um. I'm not qualified to give mediecal advice, but the reason that I've
heard that people try ephedrine to lose weight is because it is a
stimulant. Using stimulants to lose weight is generally considered a bad
idea, as the amounts needed to have an effect on weight can be dangerous.
If you insist on using uppers to lose weight, go with a diet pill-- they
at least are standardized: people have died from recreational stimulant
use of ephedra.
