I have two eugenia berry bushes/trees that look like they will be delivering a bumper crop this year. I've heard they can be edible after cooking. Does anybody know of a way to prepare these things? The ones my plants grow are brilliant red, and vary between 1/2 inch to 1 inch in diameter. Thank you in advance, Maggie MacD.
