Greetings,

  Thank you all for responding.  We need to get a
printer.  So much great knowledge and experience.
  This is what I have learned thus far about
wormwood...Yuck! It is the most bitter substance I
have ever tasted on purpose.  Two table spoons in
20oz. of water tastes like it would be good for
insectide. To pore or spray on something.  Yuck.
  It is supposed to be an appetite stimulate and
eradicate worms.  Used applied externally for things
like scabies.  Good as a colon wash.  Too strong, I
can see how it would cause major dammage with over
use.
  Now this morning I added a scant dash to my morning
tea.   My stomache growled shortly later.  It didn't
taste too bitter to drink but you could tell there was
medicine in it.  I am hoping for good results with
expelling gas.  The raw fruit and veggies I have begun
eating are really painful to get used to digesting.
So far ,no runs.  I did manage to eat some fruit for
breakfast.  I do usuallt eat well in the a.m.
   The last couple of days have been nice for us.  I
have really felt calmer.  The weather has begun to
turn and is  great  adding to the over all good.  I am
a Libra so hey.
   I think I will only take a tinypinch of this in the
am for the first few days of my cleans.  I haven't
quite serious started it yet.  Just begining to geat
my stuff together for it.
   Any way.
