I live in a small apartment with a very tiny kitchen. . .so I usually buy
mine from the store.  You can get this at health food stores, and recently
wal-mart started selling a brand of Homeopathic medicines with the brand
name of "Boiron" I've only seen Calendula Ointment (they also sell Calendula
gel, but I think the ointment is better: the gel seems sort of drying), and
Arnica gel, which is great for muscle strains and bruises.  This brand is
also sold at Health food stores, it cost about $3-$5 a tube when I bought
it.
