HERB - OP: Kava & Valerian for pets question (fwD)

The magazine Herbs for Health has a pet doctor who used herbs.  They have a
website, I think is is

try that or use like dogpile to search for the mag name.

I generally use herbs in lower doses for my critters and boost up until it
has the desired effect.  Dosage per pound - I think most herbs are set for
a like 150 pound person sort of the U.S. average.  

I also have some valerian pills that I bought for my occationally very
hyper Airdale pooch.  175 mg valarian 4xstrength (what ever that means) for
a 25 - 50 pound dog.

Also might help to define what her "pet" is.
