Several suggestions that might be worth trying:

For cysts, try rubbing it with castor oil 2 or 3 times a day for several
weeks. This has been known to work on warts and ganglianic cysts. Have
not tried it on open cysts. It is relatively inexpensive and won't hurt,
even if it doesn't help.

For boils and other things with pus in them, a paste of flaxseed applied
and allowed to dry will often pull the infection to a head and bring it
out. Daddy also used to use fresh jimsonweed leaves, mashed, for the
same thing, but those are not always available. Some say tobacco mashed
into a poultice will also work.

For fungal infections, strong goldenseal decoction used as a wash might
help. You might also add wormwood, marigold, eucalyptus. Also myrrh,
but add some alcohol to dissolve the myrrh.

Generally good for skin rashes and eruptions of various kinds are
sassafras and burdock topically, or burdock internally. Burdock is a
good cleanser and alterative, and helps get rid of toxins that may be
causing or aggravating skin problems.

If you try any of these and get results, please post the results....
