I'm not sure how much this one will help, but i read
it in "Herbs for Health" for athlete's foot, and it
worked better than any over the counter meds i have
ever used.
Take some cloves, and grind them, then add them to
ground sage, and sprinkle in your shoes and/or socks.
I believe the proportions are something like an eight
of a teaspoon of cloves to a Tablespoon of sage.
And I remember reading that both of those herbs have
strong anti-fungal properties, as well as garlic,
onion, cayenne and thyme, which also have
anti-bactierial properties, too. All around useful.
