If you tend towards cold sores, rubbing a lemon balm leaf on the sore will
usually make it go away.
I have had great luck substituting lemon balm for the mint in sekanjabin.
Comes out tasting like a lovely lemonade but quite refreshing and actually
better for rehydrating than gatorade.
