I'm doing the head cook thing at an event in a park this weekend. I had been planning to do one 5 gallon water jug of minty/minted water. How much mint would this generally require? (I'm going to drop in the leaves with 2 large blocks of ice, then add water when I arrive at the site). Thanks in advance, Maggie MacD.
