[Herbalist] Question on handouts?

Hi.

It seems like every time a schola or classes are announced everyone says
that they want copies of handouts! But when we offer to put people's
handouts up on the web, we get no takers.

I'm trying to figure out why. Is it that not many people are teaching
classes? Or people don't have handouts (or don't consider their handouts
'ready for prime time')? Or are people concerned about having their work
plagarized or otherwise misused?
