Sorry it took me so long to get back with you on a list of good muscular
essential oils.  Here is a list of oils and what they are specific for as
well as any recommendations or contraindications that may be listed.

Black Pepper Oil - good for muscular aches and bad circulation, also used in
baths to sto flu symptoms.
Camphor - used as a cold compress for bruises and sprains, reduces swelling,
should not be taken internally.
Chamomile - good for anxiety, use in a late bath for insomnia, will relax
muscles as well as being anti inflammatory.
Clove - used as an antiseptic, great for tooth infections and pain
Eucalyptus - anti microbal, as well as a natural insect repellent
Ginger - Good for rhuematic aches and pains, used in a bath can help ward
off infections and colds.
Jasmine - good for PMS
Lavender - relaxes and eases aches and pains, especially useful for
migraines and headaches.
Marjoram - Useful for anxiety, grief and insomnia, as well as easing
muscular, menstrual, and rheumatic pains, occasionally helpful with
migraines.
Peppermint - good for digestion and nausea, irritable bowel syndrome, easees
migraines and a good insect repellent.

Most essential oils should not be used internally, but are normally used
with any bland massage oil 10-12 drops to 20 ml of almond oil.  5-10 drops
in a full bath
