[Hou-announce] OT - I-10 closures over weekend at Loop 610

If your heading down south for the Loch Yule this Saturday, you may want to avoid the I-10/Loop
610 interchange.  I-10 is to be closed Eastbound between Antoine and Washington, heading downtown.
 I believe the westbound lanes are open, but traffic will likely be heavy.

DESCRIPTION Eastbound Connector Ramp to IH 610-NORTH LOOP westbound. TOTAL CLOSURE. Closed
continuously from 9:00 PM, Friday, December 15 to 5:00 AM, Monday, December 18. Detour to IH 610
southbound to Turning Basin and u-turn to IH 610 northbound.

DESCRIPTION Northbound and southbound Connector Ramp to IH 10-KATY FREEWAY eastbound. TOTAL
CLOSURE. Closed continuously from 9:00 PM, Friday, December 15 to 6:00 PM, Saturday, December 16.
Detour to IH 10 westbound to the Silber exit and u-turn to the eastbound frontage road to N. Post
Oak northbound, to Old Katy Rd. eastbound, to IH 10 eastbound.
