[Hou-announce] A&S at Stargate Yule

Unto all artisans in Ansteorra, greetings

Stargate Yule Revel is this Saturday, December 6th.  The next titled Artisan
of the Stargate will be selected at this event.

The format for the competition will be the same as in previous years:  a
body of work, with one item selected by the artisan to recieve
feedback/commentary.  Judging will be done by past Stargate Artisans and
their Stellar Excellencies.

If you wish to compete, please let us know of any special requirements you
may have for your display as soon as possible.  We are alloting 1/2 of an 8
foot table for each display.  More space can be arranged if necessary, but
again please let us know in advance.

The schedule for the competition is as follows:


9:00 AM - 12:00 PM  Set up displays
12:00 PM                 Judging begins
  2:00 PM                 Judging ends - judges will retire to make their
descision.  Displays may remain up.
  3:00 PM                 Artisans begin clearing away their displays, if
they have not already started
  3:30 PM                 ALL DISPLAYS MUST BE CLEARED AWAY BY THIS TIME so
that the tables can be set up for the evening's feasting
