[Hou-announce] Bardic Guild Cancelled

I regret to announce that the Greater Houston Bardic Guild is cancelled 
for this month.  Our usual location is presently unavailable due to 
Hurricane Ike.  We'll try again next month.  In the mean time, work on 
some material!  Polish up a piece you are familiar with, or start 
working on something new!  Come next month and wow us. :)
