[Hou-announce] missing - green cloak, please find

Sorry for the bankwith. 

Missing since last October, a green wool cloak, with hood and plaid fleece lining.  
Vaguely think I loaned it to someone, but don't recall whom it was now, silly me. 

If you have it in your lost and found, or remember borrowing it, please let me know. 
Gonna need it for Gulf Wars.
