LR- Sew like there's no tommorow!

Hmmmm.  How to fasten the pennants... like flags? I pairs hanging down from a
cross piece?  What holds these poles upright? Duct taped to a cement block?
How tall can we use them before they fall over? Inquiring minds want to know,
and so do I!
