Greetings unto the list.

My apologies for not being at Yule Revel with the items I said I would bring
(holly cuttings, punch bowl, etc.).  Up 'til around noon or so, it looked
like we still might have been able to make it.  But by 2 p.m., it was clear
we could not.

I was extremely disappointed, and am still in a blue funk over the whole
debacle.  Pray forgive me if I am short with anyone in the next few days.  I
have come down with a severe case of the mullygrubbles.
