Yes and yes.  The profit may not be large, but we have
always made money.  As we put up the stake, we keep
the proceeds.

Those are advantages, but coordinating among multiple
groups is more difficult, pluse we'd have to split the
profits, which I don't think will be that large to
begin with.

Self-serve doesn't eliminate the need for the permit,
as we would have to prepare the drinks.  We do have
several folk with permits who got them specifically
for working our tavern at other events.

I believe that unpeeled fruit is considered
"prepackaged" in this case.  We can discuss later what
items to offer if we decide to take on the running of
the tavern.  I'm open to suggestions as to what to
serve.

Open at a reasonable hour on Saturday and Sunday
mornings, especially if we are going to serve coffee.
Close Saturday afternoon/evening after the fighting is
done but before Court/feast starts.  Close Sunday
morning either just before Court or right after it
ends.  Need a minimum of two people in the tavern to
serve/take money at all times that it is open.
