That's okay, I like my meat well done.  I want to make good & sure it's
dead.  The way Logan cooks meat, I've seen cows hurt worse than that get
better.  He generally tells a waiter, "just trot mine by, I'll bite off what
I want", though, so he's no judge of "done-ness", as far as I'm concerned.

Don't you know how guys think?  He figures if he burns stuff enough times,
you'll eventually quit expecting him to cook.  :)
