[Loch-ruadh] Doing the "Happy, Happy Dance"

The 4th quarter and End of Year Reports are finished and they balance to
the penny.  All copies have been made except for the signature pages
(our Seneschal hates signing multiple copies). YEA!!!  Can you tell I am
sooooooo happy.  And I did it all by myself, since my boss (Bice) is
visiting her Mother today.
