Here's my 2 cents worth

(duct tape in this case cause the List mistress didn't get her kisses)

 Brief report on the activity:

Swiss 5 Tourney  went well, Sir Virgil Augsburg was the winner with a close
second by Honorable Lord Grimvere Longtooth.  No injuries

Procedures to keep = deciding the tourney ahead of time
    getting a list mistress early and keeping her advised of everything
going on

Procedures to change:  Advertise the type of tourney earlier possibly with
the Black Star announcement
Carry a rake to the list field  - there were sopme potentially hazardous
small barnches on the field from the previous nights. wind and rain (not
much of either but enought to drop a few small ankle breakers)

 Procedures to stop using - None

Procedures to add - Confer with List Mistress the morning of the Tourney to
make sure everything is understood between you
