I guess I was just spoiled from the way we used to do it.  Everybody had a
job, it was posted and that was it.  Didn't matter who did it but you were
responsible for it.  It was decided who would cook and they decided what
they would cook and everyone compared so they didn't have chili every night.
  Money was collected before we went and each cook was given so much for
their meal.  They did their own shopping,
when they wanted to and if they went over budget it was their problem and if
they were under they could keep it or buy something extra.

Why did this change if it worked so well??? Seems to me if it ain'rt broke
don't fix it. Sounds to me like Elizabeth has her hands full this trip, and
that she shouldn't have to work quite so much at what is intended to be fun.
