Welcome Kaz,
No apology needed for "lurking", it's the best way to get your feet wet.
I take it that AAA was a pleasant experience in that you choose to pursue
continued participation, so I guess your friend in Houston was right :).
The SCA 101 class scheduled this Sat. from 10:00 AM - ? will be conducted in
the home of:
Baroness Dana Mac an Ghabhann
mka Donna Wallis
1613 Prince Court Benbrook TX
with directions as previously posted
The gathering will last as long as it takes to satisfy everyone's curiosity,
or until the Baroness runs out of coffee (an occurance unknown in the annals
of history as we know it).
This class is being conducted in street dress. Children are welcome, but be
aware that this is the home of numerous cats and a dog, who while friendly
can become frustrated with smalls.
The content of the class changes from session to session, but always
includes information on basic equipment, garb, etiquette, and organizational
structure. The Baroness and her Co-instructor Lady Gwenllian Hertewell are
both fun and informative, having about 15 yrs. of experience in the Society.
Please join us.

Catrin ferch Rhys
