If you are a paid member and did not receive an Elfsea Polling Post Card
then you should contact the Kingdom Seneschal at seneschal at ansteorra.org
to request a polling post card. Be sure to send her your membership
numbers, current status (sustaining, family or associate) and the
address (include your zip code) that you receive your  Black Star. If
your Black Star address has recently changed then include your old
address also.
