Pedicures are a good thing!!
Wear that new pair of shoes or boots before taking them to Gulf War...blisters are NOT your friend!!

If you have allergies start taking maintenance drugs NOW!! Pollen abounds in Mississippi this time of the year.  Remember that yellow powder you had all over everything last year?

Get plenty of rest, eat healthy and drink lots of water this week. Your body will thank you next week!!
