[Loch-Ruadh] Unfinished Lughnasad Business

Quite honestly, I don't remember. But then that's not anything out of the
ordinary. However, out of all the fighters in Loch Ruadh I'd say most of
them, if not all of them, have a pretty good idea if they're going to try to
go to Gulf War or not. So, why don't we have all the loch ruadh fighters
planning on going to Gulf War this coming year, come to next fighter
practice and vote? 

We need to have all the time we can to train together. Not only that but, in
three short weeks melee season is starting. So, if we don't pull some
resemblance of a group together and get out to those events, we're going to
be missing out on some good opportunities to practice.

If everyone remembers the vote was changed last year at I believe November's
Populace that the vote would be done once we determined which fighter were
going to Gulf War.  Then the fighters that were going could selected the
commander.  So this should not be an issue at this time. It should be
handled when we know who is going to Gulf War.
