[Loch-Ruadh] Bids for Chronicler's Office

Just a reminder that bids for the Chronicler's Office will close at
Officer's Meeting on 15 November.

I have received two bids so far, and just wanted to make sure that anyone
else who is interested in the Office has the chance to get their bid in. 
Original application paperwork needs to go to the Central Regional
Chronicler, with copies to Catrin and me.
