[Loch-Ruadh] Scarlet Letter Yule Issue Submissions

So far I have received only two submissions for the Yule Issue of the
Scarlet Letter.  I will extend the deadline for submissions until
Wednesday, 30 November, but if I have not received sufficient input to put
together an issue by then, I will just hold those submissions I already
have for the January-February issue or just put them on file.
