Karl,
 For the Archery questions you have, check out

 We are still on for Saturday. I would like to leave my house at 6:00 in
order to be on site by 8:30 or so. Make sure to bring something to eat for
lunch, garb, archery stuff, chair and some money for extras. A cloak or
blanket may be useful as well if we stay for a little of Bardic.
