Just a reminder that the Loch Ruadh Chronicler's Office opens for bids as
of Populace Meeting tomorrow, and will close for bids as of Officer's
Meeting in November.  The Application for Office form can be found at

original goes to the Central Regional Chronicler, Lady Carletta da
Nicolosi, with copies to the Seneschal and to me.
