I am ready to have Shire property brought back to the storage shed.
Please call me to set up a date and time.
Below you will find the chamberlain's Standard Operating Policy that has been read and approved by the Seneschal.

Chamberlain's SOP on Property/Equipment and Inventory

03/29/2007

The Chamberlain is a deputy under the office of the Exchequer, and will be responsible for maintaining an up to date inventory (available by request) of any and all equipment and property belonging to the Shire of Loch Ruadh.

Equipment and property held in the storage space will be re-inventoried with the change of the Chamberlain or at the office of the Exchequer's Request.

The Chamberlain (or their designated representative), with timely and reasonable requests, will be available to check out/in equipment/property. Equipment/property will not be checked out/in unless the Chamberlain or the designated representative can be present.

The signature on the check out/in form is ultimately responsible for the return and condition of said equipment/property.

All equipment/property will be returned in good working order, clean, dry and ready to be used again. Unless otherwise noted in writing on the check out/in form.

When returning consumables please note in writing the condition or the amount remaining on the check out/in form.

The Chamberlain will be notified of any normal wear and tear damage to equipment/property at the time of its return in writing on the check out/in form and the information will be reported to the Financial Committee.

Loss and/or negligent damage to equipment/property will be noted in writing on the check out/in form and the information will be reported to the Financial Committee.

All equipment/property will be signed out on the check out/in form by an individual person (Example: Lughnasad Equipment by the Autocrat or a designated representative).

If you do not show up for your scheduled request, your lack of manners will insure your participation in the next inventory and storage space cleaning day.

Equipment/property (other than consumables) may not be removed from the inventory list without the approval of the Financial Committee.

Equipment/property in the hands of each officer will be re-inventoried when the officer changes or at the office of the Exchequer's request. Each officer will be held responsible for all equipment/property on their inventory until it has been re-inventoried and signed out by the new officer.

The Chamberlain will be notified in a timely manner (30 days or less) of any newly purchased or added equipment/property.

The Chamberlain is not responsible for loading, unloading and/or transportation of any Shire equipment/property.
