[Loch-Ruadh] 30th Year Meal and Camping Info

Greetings!!

This is what I believe is the latest list of camping and meal information for 30th year. If anything or any one has been left off or forgotten I apologize. Please feel free to add or correct as needed. Thanks!  

It might be easier for us to plan for the potluck(s) if people posted what their plans are for meals? (I know some are using the ARN kitchen, some are eating in other encampments, and some are doing the Shire potluck)  It might even become apparent that we don't need a potluck. 



Names of those Camping / Tent size:

Fiona & Alric - 2 Pop Up Camper
Kat, Alex and Kids (7 people) 10x20
Elizabeth 10x 20 or 12 x 15
Caerell, Katrei and Aingeal  10 X 20 plus awning  approx 6 ft.
Kaz, Anotnia & 3 kids (camper and possibly 10x20)

So who is not listed??


Catrin's reminder:
We will have communal meals Friday and Saturday nights and a Side-Board Potluck for Crown Tourney for those interested. If you plan to eat with the group please list what you will contribute to the meal, keeping in mind that your contribution should provide 10 or more servings per meal. 1 person from each family will assist with setting out and clearing up after meals. Meals will be available at 6:00 pm.  

We will pick up any Shire equipment that will be used at 6pm on Wed July 8th prior to the event. If you are not volunteering to transport Shire equipment, your assistance in loading up would still be greatly appreciated. It would be preferable for equipment to be onsite on or before Friday morning, but definitely before Friday night’s meal.

Friday Sandwich and Salad Potluck
Kathryn: Pasta Salad

 Saturday: Cold Entrees/Sides Potluck
Kathryn: Pasta Salad

Sunday: Pot Luck Sideboard (Crown Tourney)




The event site opens at 4:00pm Thurs July 9th and closes at 7:00 pm Sunday. 
Site fee is 20.00 per Adult w/ a 60.00 Family Cap 
6-17 yrs $15.00 
5 yrs and younger are free 
3.00 Non Member Surcharge as applicable. 


Remember to keep hydrated!! Bring water, sunscreen, ice, and shade! There will be NO ice available on-site.
