The following is the list Catrin sent to me: 
  
Shire Equip. from shed for 30th year 
  
10X10 EZ- Up (load up and carry): Aingeal 
1 Table (load up and carry) 
Wash Bins: Catrin/Tegwared 
2 Pavilions (load up and carry) Gruffydd has one, Aingeal will carry poles, Catrin/Tegwared will carry tub 
6 Tables (load up and carry): Aingeal (4)  Fiona and Alric (2 they have these already) 
Shire Banner: Catrin/Tegwared 
Table Covers: Catrin/Tegwared

I don't have a list, so who has agreed to carry what?
 
Dana has said she can be available most days, so which would be better for everyone - Tuesday or Wednesday, 6:00pm or 7:00pm?  
 
Please respond here to the list as soon as possible so we finalize when we will meet.
