[Loch-Ruadh] Last Minute Fall Brawl Needs

That's exactly one of the questions I have asked the judge for clarification
on. With a fine of $500 to $2000 + jail, I want to make sure that we are not
in violation of the ordinance. I'm still waiting for the return call.
