[Loch-soilleir] European Dance for Loch

Our new Dance co-Champion HL Isabeau Quiquandon attended the populace
meeting last night.  She and her co-Champion Master Ihon Vinson MacFergus
are willing to hold a European Dance practice once per month at a more
accessible location for Loch people than Stargate's practice.

First decision: Day and Time
Second decision: free place to practice (minimum 15 feet by 15 feet)
Please check for any clubhouses, churches, etc. in the area which might be
available.
