This is a wonderful site that probably has the largest collection of scanned documents, books, magazine articles, and papers on weaving that I've ever seen.  There is also information on lace and textiles but the primay focus is weaving.  The site is not specific to a certain period, country, or style.  This is really like browsing in the library, with entire books scanned into *.pdf format.
