I think we had our populace on Tuesdays, and then moved the practice to
Tuesday nights with Stargate to insure a better practice due to fighter
participation.  This has worked to some degree.  My reports show that
numbers have dropped at the joint practice, but this goes in cycles.
Finding a good night for most people is a crap shoot, so we kept populace on
Tuesday, and thus as Caesar put it, "The die is cast"!
