[Loch-soilleir] merchant guidelines

Greetings unto the Populace of our great Barony, Loch Soilleir,

 

Gunthar is interested in knowing what guidelines there are in Ansteorra for
merchanting and if there is a link to which he may surf for further reading.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.  

 

1.	Do you need a DBA?
2.	Are there rules for what you can and cannot sell?
3.	What about charging tax?
