As discussed at last night's populace meeting, the  Loch Yule site is: Leavesley Park, 901 Buckingham Drive (in Regency Estates), Friendswood, TX 77546-4798. 
   
  "Facilities include: rest rooms, kitchen, tables, chairs and a large open area inside with playground equipment."
