So, I'm finally putting together the local cheese
class.

How is January 21?

Please e-mail me offlist if you are interested, so I
can just email those interested and not spam the list
constantly with updates.

Here's the ideas:
Everybody brings a sterilized stainless steel pot and
their own milk on Friday night.
Add culture to everyone's milk.
Meet at my house earlyish Saturday.
Travel to a semi-local dairy for a tour. Tour cost:
~$6 (There's a dairy in Cleveland and one in
Huntsville, I believe.)
Travel back.
Add rennet.
Watch a movie.
Make cheese!
