Children's Activities: (need coordinator & volunteers)
  
  
Still needed:
  Trash Patrol (all trash must be bagged and taken off site at the end of the event)
  Transportation: for tables, cookware, & feastware from Loch shed to site
  Pavillions for around the list field & archery field
  Some sort of canopy/shade for gate workers
   
   
  We have two more populace meetings (4/18 & 5/16) to organize the event. Please contact one of the coordinators if you are interested in helping at Loch Guardian in a particular area. Parents whose children participate in children's activities are encouraged to help in that area. Children's activities must take place with two unrelated adults present.

  If I've forgotten to mention someone or something, please bring it to my attention.
