For those who need to travel a distance for populace, are there any words of
caution/advice concerning the excess water that seems to be everywhere?  Any
areas to avoid close to the meeting site?

You will need to fill out an Application for Office

your membership card and identification card/drivers license. Please contact

how and where to apply for each of these offices. The selections for a
Minister of Arts and Sciences and a Virtual Scribe will be made right after
populace, so contact me ASAP if you have not yet applied.

copy of your application to me for the seneschal's files and one each to
Their Excellencies (bring the 3 copies to populace if you don't want to mail
them).
