[Loch-soilleir] baronial virtual scribe position

It requires the following in order to qualify for the job:
  
--This is a warranted position and as such you must be a Paid member of the society.
  (Warranting goes from Round Table to Round Table, 6 months in length. This is set by the Kingdom By-Laws. If your membership expires during this interval, you need to reup ASAP or open your office for bids. The office is for 2 years, you must maintain warrantability during the entire tenure of your office. The office is decided upon by the Kingdom WebMinister. If there are no applicants you can have your tenure extended for up to one year with a waiver from the kingdom officer. Otherwise the job falls to an active warranted officer of the group or to the Kingdom WebMinister.)
  
--Must have reliable internet connection and reliable email.
  
--Must be able to work in HTML, PHP, JavaScript, CSS, create graphics,  (FrontPage and Microsoft extensions are not supported by this server)
   
  --Be able to subscribe to the mailing list of the office you serve, RedTape, and Webministers mailing lists at minimum.
  
--The candidate is suggested to be familiar with how to code to keep up our
IRCA rating (http://www.icra.org/about/) which keeps us in compliance with conformance level Double-A of the WCAG. This is only _suggested_ criteria as a part of our Non-profit status.

  Please give copies of the application and card + ID to the seneschal, baron, and baroness (you can bring the copies to the populace meeting). The current virtual scribe, Jennette, will work with the person selected to familiarize the new virtual scribe with the Loch's website.
