OK, my 2 cents.

It is too late for us to do feast at that site.

Merchant and sanitation is more of a site issue and
quite frankly better handled by the folks at Bryn
Gwald.

That leaves Royal Presence.  Some of us are gooing to
be involved in that anyway.

And we still need someone to take charge.
