[Loch-soilleir] UH Fighter Practice tonight (8/28)

Practice starts after 7pm, most folks show up by about 7:30 or so.  If
you park in Lot 13 prior to 7pm you are at risk of getting a parking
citation from campus police if you don't have a valid UH parking permit.
