[Loch-soilleir] heraldic consultation night

This month's heraldic consultation night is this Wednesday, the 21st.
However, since it is the week after war and a great many of our populace
will not be fully recovered, I am canceling this meeting.  If anyone has
specific questions or needs they are always more than welcome to contact me
and have a private consultation.
